SHIPPING POLICY

At Vyelle Studio, we are committed to delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Every piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & International: 7–15 business days​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We also offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders during selected promotions.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We offer easy 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories, earrings, and intimate items may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4–15 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our support team before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Vyelle Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
